As a kid, Jack Pfund could often be found huddled over a blueprint at his family’s construction firm or alongside his dad on a job site, sharpening his carpentry and contracting skills. Even in his young age, Jack Pfund was a dreamer and a visionary. By the time he was in high school, Jack took a hands-on role in many of Pfund’s Construction real estate projects and learned everything he could for a full-time career in the field.
With years of construction experience under his work belt, Jack never believed in a “that won’t work” mentality. He constantly sought out new opportunities and honed his skills to tackle any project.
Jack’s reputation as the ultimate construction geek was a standing joke among his family and co-workers. He was always the first to ask, “Why are we hiring this out? I can handle it!” His enthusiasm for playing with “trucks and diggers” as a boy turned into real-life scenarios, so it’s no wonder he loved to show them off to local kids who stopped at the construction site to take a look.
He really wanted to share what he loved with everyone who would listen. Jack’s passion for construction and his determination was also an inspiration, one that led every Pfund team member to dream big without boundaries.
Today, Jack’s vision plays a role in every real estate development project we take on and reminds us there isn’t any challenge we can’t overcome when building up the communities we love.
